Structural Engineer

## About the Role Walter P Moore is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its Houston headquarters. Houston is the firm's founding office and home to its largest team, working on landmark projects across Texas, nationally, and internationally. ## Responsibilities - Perform structural design and analysis for buildings in steel, concrete, and timber - Develop construction documents and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams - Participate in construction administration including shop drawing review and RFI responses - Support business development efforts and client presentations - Collaborate with specialists in parking, diagnostics, and transportation structures ## Qualifications **Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - 3–8 years of structural engineering experience - PE license or active pursuit - Proficiency in ETABS, RAM Structural System, or equivalent **Preferred:** - SE license - Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, or sports facilities - Strong client service orientation ## About Walter P Moore Employee-owned since 1931, Walter P Moore is consistently ranked among the top structural engineering firms in the US.
