Senior Structural Engineer

## About the Role Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for its New York office. Candidates should have experience in small to mid-size projects including cultural buildings, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and residential developments. ## Responsibilities - Lead structural design and analysis on a variety of building typologies - Coordinate design work with in-house staff and external design professionals including architects and MEP engineers - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and schedule - Mentor and develop junior engineers - Engage directly with clients and lead technical presentations ## Qualifications **Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) - 8–12 years of structural engineering experience - PE license required - Proficiency in ETABS, RAM Structural System, or equivalent **Preferred:** - Experience with complex building systems and high-rise structures - LEED or sustainability credentials - Strong client relationship skills ## Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
